Alerts are designed to be a non-intrusive way of getting your attention without the need of resorting to e-mail. They are used for things such as letting you know when your support ticket has been replied to, updates of our policies or a quick news post we would like you to read.

Usage example

Alerts are counted and a number corresponding with the amount of alerts is displayed to you. They are accessible through our website in the top-right hand corner.
